We are seeking a well experienced Business Development Executive B2B to work for our well established client based in Petersfield with easy access to the Train Station. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their existing new business sales skills within an entrepreneurial, forward thinking company. You will be well experienced in undertaking outbound B2B calls to professional organisations to generate new business opportunities, cross-selling & upselling, have a proven record in sales in a target driven environment and have advanced experience of prospecting/lead generation. You will be expected to meet and exceed sales & revenue targets by winning new contracts and increasing revenue from existing customers, maximising customer satisfaction to meet customers' business needs, communicate effectively, maintain accurate client records, be completely involved in the sales process from initial break to "closing the deal", managing a sales pipeline and sales forecasting. A competitive salary is offered for this position of £18,500 to £20,000 depending on experience, plus an extremely good uncapped commission structure. 20 days leave rising to 25 days, hours of work Mon - Thurs 8.30-5.30 & Fri 8.30-5.00.
