My client is a leading IFA practice of the St. James Place network of Financial Advisory firms, providing specialist Financial Advice to both individuals and business throughout the UK. We are currently seeking an Accounts / Data Entry Administrator for the Leeds office, the role will include: All ad-hoc Data Entry work and ad-hoc projects related to Data Entry Inputting commissions data on the Intelligent Office systems Putting together email Marketing plans and also tracking marketing leads in the in-house systems We are seeking someone who has 2-3 years experience working in a Data Inputting type role, ideally this will have been gained from working within the Financial Services environment, you should have strong communications skills, a good strong typing speed coupled with the ability to work on your own initiative working to strict deadlines and you MUST be very familiar with Microsoft Office applications especially Excel spreadsheets. At the bare minimum you should have strong English and Maths GCSE's and any other qualifications would be a bonus. It would also be to your advantage if you have worked with and used Quickbooks and Intelligent Office in the past. A good salary is offered with the potential of additional training within Financial Services.
