Managed Services Analyst Job type: Full time Reports to: Head of Managed Services Salary: £20,000 - £30,000 Dependant on experience Location: Peterborough We are looking for a confident and highly motivated individual to join our Managed Services Department and provide exceptional customer service, advice and third line support to our Managed Service customers. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and ideally have previous experience of working in a third line Support capacity. Working to support Dinet, our Cloud Integration Network and a range of other bespoke Managed Services, you will be responsible for administrative procedures, solving customer issues through investigation and passionate about building a rapport with customers. You will also need to be able to use your initiative when identifying/resolving/escalating issues and provide a high level of customer support by managing customer expectations. The successful Managed Services Analyst candidate will possess: - Strong technical IT skills with previous experience working in a third line support role - A sound understanding of Windows Operating Systems, TCP/IP networks and SQL - Ability to analyse, understand and implement complex solutions - Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing - Commitment to continued professional development It would be advantageous to have the following: - IT Service Desk experience - A graduate degree in a relevant discipline - Experience in supporting bespoke .NET based applications The Managed Services Analyst role will require you to: - Manage, support and maintain existing systems - Provide expert technical advice to internal and external customers - Be capable of producing in-house and customer-facing documentation - Produce and follow internal procedures - Work well under pressure and effectively as part of a team Alongside a competitive salary and benefits, we also offer the following: - Individual training benefits - Pension - Subsidised gym membership - Regular, subsidised staff social events - Excellent career progression If you feel that you may be suitable for this Managed Services Analyst role then please apply now!
