ACTIVITY OVERVIEW: The role will involve working within a small team and be responsible for our B2C communications of our offers and discounts cross a variety of media channels. This person will be responsible for the coordination, assembling and distribution of the communications and campaigns as well as contributing to the development and improvement of our website and mobile apps REQUIREMENTS 1. You report to Operations Manager on team matters such as holidays, timekeeping, team cover and support in delivery of objectives. 2. To enhance our communication solutions of our offers and discounts through creative and engaging media to ensure maximum user engagement across our entire platform including the website and mobile app. 3. Manage, maintain and ensure on-going improvement of the design, functionality, content and copy of our website, mobile apps and online and offline communication media. This will involve working closely with the Reward Team and Design Studio and providing support to Client Account Managers with client specific communications. 4. Ensure website and mobile app content is relevant and seasonal. They need to be regularly refreshed in terms of the offer and graphic presentation within online and offline media and will require correspondence with suppliers working closely with the Partnership Executive. 5. Provide support and input when required to our client marketing activity e.g. collateral, website content, presentations, sample media, marketing campaigns and social media. 6. In support of this role and product development within the team in general, regular research into the employee voluntary benefits market is essential i.e. market product trends and competitor offerings, with a view to identifying new opportunities and ideas. 7.
