Field Support Technician ? Windows OS, MacOS, Office 365. North London Salary: £25-35,000. Area of coverage: 99% travel based around North/Central London customer base. The ideal candidate will reside within a 1 hour commute from N16. The successful Field Support Technician must be highly customer / user focused. You will part of a company of 2+ people, so you must be comfortable working within a small business. Field Support Technician - Key Skills: - You will ideally reside within 1 hour commuting distance from N16 London. - 2+ years relevant work experience. - Must have previous Field Support / Field Service Engineering experience. - Must be comfortable with a 99% mobile field support role, utilising public transport to travel to customers around North/Central London. - Must have excellent customer / user support experience. - Must be extremely professional. - Must be comfortable working in a small company of just 2+ people. - Strong technical support experience. - Strong PC hardware / software support experience. - General PC hardware faults. HDD scanning/recovery. - Expertise in MS Operating Systems (e.g. Windows 7-10). - Good MacOS experience - Experience of some of the following; - Google Apps platform - Office 365 - Virus removal - iPhone / Android smartphone support - Teamviewer - Must have good English verbal and written communication skills. - Must be eligible to work in the UK. About the Role: Your role as the Field Support Technician will involve: - Respond to emails, telephone calls and SMS messages from existing and prospective clients regarding support issues, costs, managed services and support contracts. - Provide remote support via agreed software products. - Provide on-site support for clients, using CRM tools for time recording and sign-offs. - Provide a high level of technical support expertise to agreed SLA's.
