Fantastic opportunity for experienced Global Mobility Professional Client Solutions Manager Location: Stockholm, Sweden Salary £45,000 (Local SEK equivalent) + benefits Our client, a well- established Global Mobility solutions provider have a superb opportunity for an experienced Client Solutions Manager to join their successful team in Sweden as they continue to develop and grow their World Mobility and Relocations business. The role will report into the Regional Director for Northern Europe and have a dotted line into the Regional Manager for The Nordics. Principle Objectives *Development of new business across the breadth of World Mobility, Relocation and Household Goods services portfolio. *Achievement of personal pre-budgeted targets in revenue and margin. *Design and implementation of a strategic Swedish Marketing and Sales plan to maximise new business opportunities *Liaison with Sales leads across the Nordic region Key Activities *Development and implementation of action plans to maximise penetration of target accounts *As a subject matter expert on mobility you will deliver consultative advice, best practice and industry updates to your clients and prospects *Attend industry events and relevant networking events to develop relationships with potential clients *Attend industry event and relevant networking events to develop relationships with potential clients *Work with the Support team to identify and follow up new leads *Maintain a regular call cycle/follow up contact with potential and target corporate customers *Formulating and presenting responses to RFI/RFP opportunities; *Analyse selling situations and create client focused solutions *Plan, prepare and deliver effective business presentations and proposals; *Develop strategies for major accounts including opportunities for sales growth and cross selling of all company services *Adopting a consultative sales approach focused on building long-term relationships for the company, agree Service Level Agreements (SLA's)with target accounts *Plan and structure the management of client handover to Account Management following signing of SLA *Effective communication with functional/departmental colleagues to ensure a full understanding of operational requirements is achieved and maintained *Participate in Corporate Account Performance Review in conjunction with Account Manager as required *Participate and contribute effectively to team selling situations *Provide business leads to other divisions within the company to facilitate client revenue growth *Contribute to global sales initiatives *Utilise and maintain current CRM and operations databases for development of sales opportunities and client development *Liaise with Marketing Manager to identify and implement Marketing strategy *Deliver a "Sharing" vision by liaising with other Client Solutions Managers to facilitate revenue growth both in Sweden and other countries and regions Skills, Experience & Qualifications *5 years' experience in solutions sales in the service industry *Strong communication and presentation skills *Fluent in Swedish language *Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build collaborative relationships with multiple and diverse stakeholders. *Cultural sensitivity and awareness *Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills. *Ability to set priorities, manage your time and workload and dependably meet strict deadlines. *Well-developed administration and organisation skills with strong attention to detail *Solution oriented approach to problem solving and decision making. *Appropriate qualification in related field and / or practical experience *Experience from international assignments /HR and/or the relocation/mobility industry If you feel you are the person we are looking for please send your CV in Word format, quoting reference 277912/4/LT.
