Trainee Business Standards Manager Accountabilities: Sales Quality, 1-2-1's, Remote Observations, Development plans, Annual Testing, introducers, and advertising. Sales & Induction Courses: The Trainee Business Standards Manager responsibility is to ensure sales records are of a high standard by:- Induction Courses - To be trained to run these induction courses, and to know the Revolution sales process fully. File checks- helping to investigate various files with regards to client or advisor suspicion when needed, depending on the volume. Compliance MI- Checking Collating Management Information (MI) from our Point of Sales (POS) system Compliance 1-2-1's & Development Plans: 121's - Responsibility to carry out compliance 1-2-1's for all advisors within their team. 121's carried out via 'go to meeting' software. Record action points previously completed, still outstanding. CPD's- checking Continued Professional Development records (CPD) are relevant to products the advisors sell and development plans. Development Plans- Pre-populate development plan with updated information, ready for 121 with advisors, and include any additional items required that has been identified by the 121. Updating the development plans to include any training/development identified. Introducer Checks & Annual tests (CBT's): Introducer checks- complete the introducer form and checks as required to assess and approve using the template, and provide feedback to Recruitment and Compliance Officer. Annual CBT's- Ensuring your team's annual tests are completed and back on time. Annual Observations/Role plays: To book in advance an annual role play for each advisor, and record on the appropriate compliance template checklist the areas covered, the standard, and address any gaps/concerns identified, and include on development plan where appropriate. All annual role plays/observation are to be uploaded onto SharePoint by your compliance assistant. Advertising: Responsibility to ensure all advertising is approved, following the processes given, and covering the Business Standards Supporter whilst on annual leave by:- Websites, Marketing and Stationery - Approving all promotions following the process given and checklist, uploading an approved copy onto the promotions log. Website approvals to be checked and once finalised signed off by Head or Deputy Head of Business Standards. Re-approval to be approved before the expiry date. All promotions approved must have an expiry date and diarised. Addressing any other compliance requests by Head of Business Standards, or Operations Director, this could be additional training provided to advisors, reviewing of compliance processes, or any other compliance related requests. 121- Attending regular 121 with the Operations Director. The ideal Trainee Business Standards Manager: Preferably with financial services experience and background, used to managing a team and conducting their 1:1's. Ideally CeMAP or FPC qualified.
