A leading Investment Manager based in The West End are looking for several Client Services Assistants to join their organisation. The successful candidate must be an excellent communicator and have a high level of client / customer service experience. Key responsibilities include: Managing the investment application process including application form review, identity checks, accurately capturing all application information in CRM, conducting reconciliations ensuring client acknowledgements are issued. Liaising with custodians. Tracking and reporting on re-investments. Dealing with all post-sales client queries and requests by telephone and email which cover a broad range of topics and investment types. Complaints management and resolution. Dealing with key client processes including investment transfers. Dealing with changes of client details and advisers. Supporting client information business requests including data subject requests.
