We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Product Manager. In this role, you will: - Be responsible for product proposition development, pricing governance, underlying Risk Weighted Assets (RWA) usage and return and global alignment - Support the Head of Loans and Overdrafts to drive the delivery of Commercial Banking(CMB) L&TM Products strategy and related revenue growth Year on Year. - Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets" - Embody the Group's values and global standards in every aspect of how you operate as a CMB professional. - Work with CMB Business, related Product Partners and related Functions to deliver effective CMB L&TM Product Strategy To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements: - Experience working within a Commercial banking environment - Experience working within a Marketing, Credit & Risk Policy and regulated sales environment - Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline is desirable but not essential - Proven experience of leading the delivery of an excellent customer service and proactively look for innovative ways to improve the service delivered to customers We are required by the Financial Services (Banking Reform) Act 2013 to create a ring-fenced bank in the UK by 1 January 2019. We will create the head office of our ring-fenced bank in Birmingham. This role may be relocated to Birmingham from 2017.
