ROLE OVERVIEW A senior account leadership position where strong previous experience of multiple line account management experience is key. The candidate will need to demonstrate the highest level experience & success in taking forward new, inherited accounts. Ability to demonstrate growth in these accounts is key and target categories and services not already awarded to Opus Trust Marketing. Whilst challenging, this exciting role is for a "go getter" who doesn't like to sit back, but constantly move the accounts forward demonstrating our ability to be a forward thinking business, who likes to think outside the box. Proven success in mapping process, implementing new WoWs, and publishing appropriate RACIs is essential. A confident presenter, required to engage stakeholders from multiple sites and areas of both our business and the clients business. An understanding of managing client inertia across all levels of the business is essential ensuring a flexible and emphatic approach is taken. Ensure strategic supplier status is maintained and moved on (where applicable), demonstrating ways to lead the client into growth and success for mutual benefit. Agree KPIs and cost savings, contract negotiation and other strategic business formalities. A "change manager" who can demonstrate natural ability to effectively manage, build and maintain new relationships. The candidate will be required to manage multiple end client accounts. The role will require a presence onsite at the client premises, promoting Opus Trust Marketing and their services, ensuring the clients are fully serviced, collecting and acting upon any feedback. This Account Director will need to be an exceptional people manager, managing a small team at varying skill levels and experience levels. Ensuring the team is supported in the right areas and identifying in advance the need to move and shuffle resource as clients require. Technically sound, the Account Director will ideally have experience in transactional print and mail and/or direct mail.
