Business Development Manager £50,000 + bonus Central London I have an extremely rare opportunity to join one of the UK's leading residential development lenders who is backed by some of the world's largest institutional investors. In the last 5 years our client has lent over £1 billion to developers and house builders and now has a further £500 million to deploy. They are looking for a Business Development Manager to come on board to market their business to various house builders through-out London and the Home Counties. This role would require someone with existing in-depth experience within the residential market preferably with existing contacts within the developer and house builder sectors. Due to the complexity and the broadness of the roles responsibilities our client is quite open in regards to experience however, the successful applicant's background MUST come from the residential market, those without residential experience will NOT be considered. Experience within new homes sales would be beneficial however this is not essential.
