We'll look to you to provide advice and guidance on how our customers can benefit from our products and services. The Outbound Advisor role is one of the most critical roles in our Call Centre. The role holder acts as the relationship manager between the customer and the dealership, ensuring our Customer Satisfaction levels are outstanding. The Outbound Advisor is responsible for pro-actively calling our existing customer's, following written communication, to actively encourage them to book their vehicle in for a service or necessary work to the vehicle. They are often the first point of contact for our service customers. The Outbound Advisor will advise customer's on the service requirements of their vehicle and liaise with both the customer and dealership in order to book the customer's vehicle in. They are responsible for talking the customer through all the necessary paperwork ensuring the customer understands what they need to take to the dealership with them. They are responsible for upselling products and services that will enhance the running of the customer's vehicle and for setting customer expectations.
