We are currently looking for a professional and experienced team member to take the role of Sales & Service Administrator at our offices in Horndean, Hampshire. The job In this role as Sales & Service Administrator you will be expected to work directly with our customers, service manager & directors to provide the highest possible level of support & customer service; specifically; - Receive telephone, email & website orders from existing customers for parts & consumable items, process the orders through the sage accounts system & ensure their despatch daily - Receive telephone & email queries from customers with technical problems on their equipment and ensure they are served efficiently with a high level of customer service & their problems solved - Liaise with the Service Manager regarding a weekly diary for service work & installation of new equipment - Sales ledger management & incoming payments - Book and arrange vehicles, travel, hotels for the engineers when they are on the road - Expenses receipt & timesheet management - Maintain customer's data through the Swift CMS system Job requirements, skill set & experience The successful applicant should meet the following criteria: - Minimum 5 years work experience in an administrative & support role - Conversant with Microsoft Office - specifically outlook, word & excel - Excellent communication skills, both verbally & through quick response email - Enthusiastic & driven individual who can solve problems, make decisions & provide support to their team with a high attention to detail to see the job is done Benefits - Salary range £19,000 - £25,000 per annum dependent on age & experience - Full time & permanent role long term career prospects with a stable market lead - Full support & training in the role & business Company Profile Amaya Sales UK is an industry leader in selling capital equipment - embroidery machines and direct to garment printers, plus consumable supplies and service within the textile industry.
