Carry out a site or vehicle audit at each allocated site randomly. Completed audits should will be carried out on Service Connect Management system. Motivate, organise and encourage teamwork among your area of operation. Liaise with customers, site managers and staff to help develop and maintain excellent working customer relationships. Attend regular face-to-face meetings with the customer, ensuring that all customer issues are resolved promptly Monitor all employees within your area, ensuring all employees are trained, competent and working to agreed SSOW (Safe Systems of Work), Risk Assessments, HR and H&S policies Compliance with vehicle, uniform, appearance and all other standards set by the Company.
